Under the guidance of our Black Belt Instructors, you’ll learn technique, and participate in positional sparring, concentrating on specific scenarios to polish your techniques. This session then concludes with 45-60 of live training, creating an optimal mix of technique and live application for a comprehensive learning experience.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu traditionally involves grappling in a gi, a uniform comprising pants, a jacket, and a belt, used for controlling grips. In contrast, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu eliminates the gi, resembling wrestling or mixed martial arts, introducing its own grip sets and techniques.

Join us for Open Mat, a fantastic opportunity to train and improve your skills. We offer sessions on Friday evenings (5-7 pm) and Saturday afternoons (12-2 pm). 


During Open Mat, there's no structured class, allowing you to focus on technique, partner drills, sparring, and ample mat time. Our Open Mats welcome practitioners from other schools, fostering an environment where you can interact with diverse styles, enhancing your overall game. You have the flexibility to come and go as you please, making it convenient for your schedule. Open Mat is exclusive to adult students.
